Reddit and Online Communities

During this Cyber-Seniors webinar, our teen tech mentors will talk about Reddit and how it can provide the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals or a community of hobbyists. Reddit is a social website where users can share all kinds of online content. Subreddits are smaller groups on the site that typically focus on a particular topic. Often, subreddits about a certain hobby or activity are a great way to connect online with people that share a common interest, as well as learn new things about that hobby.
