Cyber-Seniors Certification and Licensing Programs equip individuals and organizations with the skills and resources necessary to deliver accessible and effective technology training and support for older adults.

Cyber-Seniors’ Device Training Program provides up to four hours of focused training with unlimited practice and ongoing support to community members who may be using technology for the first time. The program is administered by Cyber-Seniors’ experienced technology instructors, augmented by Cyber-Seniors trained volunteer mentors. The program enables your community members to feel comfortable on their new devices and allows them for accelerated connection to your organizations’ array of virtual services.

Looking to deliver a particular topic to a group of older adults? Cyber-Seniors can provide a Zoom platform, registration, and produce webinars on any topic you choose. Webinars may include tech training to access your organization’s virtual services, exploring community resources, telemedicine and social programs.  Sessions can be recorded, edited and made available from your website or YouTube channel.
