Storytelling throughout the COVID 19 pandemic

Researchers at McMaster University’s Reading Lab looked at large collections of texts written by over 1,000 older adults throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. They found that language revealed how adults feel while socially isolated. This talk will describe this research and provide information about an opportunity to participate in an online storytelling social group, “LongStoryShort.”
